Computer Works provides computer repair, IT support, managed security, and related technology services. All services are provided on an as-available basis.

• We will provide an estimate before beginning any repair work
• Work will not proceed without your approval of the quoted price
• Turnaround times are estimates and may vary based on parts availability and workload

• We take reasonable care with all devices in our possession, but are not liable for pre-existing conditions or data loss
• We strongly recommend backing up your data before bringing a device in for repair
• Devices left unclaimed for more than 90 days after notification may be recycled or disposed of
• Our liability is limited to the cost of the repair service provided

• Membership plans (Family Home Protect) are billed monthly with no long-term contracts
• You may cancel your membership at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle
• Membership covers software protection, monitoring, and remote support as described on our membership page
• Hardware repairs and parts are not included in membership and are billed separately

• Payment is due upon completion of repair services
• We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, and digital payment methods
• Membership fees are charged monthly to the payment method on file

• The content on our website is for general informational purposes
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the website at any time
• You agree not to use the website for any unlawful purpose or to interfere with its operation
